At Amazon, his work spanned global last-mile economics, delivery-partner systems, capacity, network performance, and transformation across North America, Europe, and Japan. Earlier, nearly a decade at Walmart grounded that work in frontline retail execution, where labor, inventory, safety, and the customer promise meet every day.
At Luna Sol, Ryan works directly with leadership and operating teams. Specialist depth is added when the decision requires it; accountability for the work remains with the founder.
